Our history and vision

Founded by Sandra Da Silva after 20 years in the metal and electronics industries and electronics industry, VALORIS was born of her desire to link childhood, toys and sustainable tourism, in line with her values.

Thanks to its multi-sector expertise, VALORIS works with partners who share the same commitment to offering products that combine quality and respect for the environment.

We are driven by the desire to :
  • Offering children educational, nature-friendly and sustainable toys sustainable.
  • Prove that there are alternatives to plastic.
  • Offer recyclable or biodegradable toys, with no negative impact impact on the planet.

We believe in products that encourage more responsible consumption, engaging everyone in this process from an early age.
We'll change course only if the plastics industry disappears, environmental policies cease or extreme climate change affects cork oak forests.

At VALORIS, we believe that children have a unique bond with nature and can become its best ambassadors, provided we show them that toys can be much more than plastic.

Our choice of materials, manufacturing processes and certifications ensure that our toys meet high educational and quality standards, without over-consuming natural resources.

We don't use sales or advertising to encourage over-consumption, but rather simplicity and sustainability. At VALORIS, we also contribute to sustainable tourism by making our partners and customers aware of the importance of eco-responsibility. We create a committed ecosystem around toys to enhance the value of our cultural and natural heritage, while encouraging a positive change in people's buying habits.

Why did you create Valoris?



"Being immersed in the plastics industry for so many years made me realize just how destructive human beings can be. I didn't want to contribute to this any more, so I gradually started thinking about a project that would make sense and, in its own way, help to reduce this scourge. But it's not so easy to find real alternatives when we live in a "plastic" world. So I immersed myself in product research at trade fairs, auditing manufacturers, checking certificates, materials and so on. Except that, all too often, so-called "eco-responsible" toys weren't really so, and my search often fell through. That was until I came across manufacturers who shared my values and objectives, and whose products met all my criteria for quality and environmental commitment. Over the past 3 years, these manufacturers have become loyal partners and an integral part of the Valoris universe.
