Can you send us samples?
Yes, but they have to be paid for or returned intact.
What is the minimum amount for which you charge carriage paid?
As a general rule, we do not apply a carriage-paid rate.
We prefer to be transparent and to separate shipping costs from product prices, so that our customers can understand that our products are not subject to increases, but that it is transport costs that are constantly fluctuating.
In addition, as we do not impose any minimum order, we give our customers the choice of working on a just-in-time basis, and thus not accumulating stock.
What is your delivery time?
5-10 days after order validation, except if out of stock.
What are your payment terms?
For public orders: 30 days after delivery of material.
For private orders: payment for validation of first order, then 30 days after delivery for reorders.
